Sound like you? We’re looking for a highly organized office manager with impeccable communication chops who is comfortable in an agency environment where things are constantly changing. You know your way around prioritizing and shifting workloads – and you’re no stranger to navigating sensitive info with sound judgment. In fact, you kinda pride yourself on that pretty solid sense of judgment in a lot of areas.


  • Serve as the first friendly face and impression of the agency, welcoming all visitors and directing them to the appropriate people or meeting spaces
  • Lead in office administrative and organizational tasks
  • Responsible for the upkeep of office including vendor management
  • Handle inventory and all purchasing for office supplies, equipment and furniture
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Administrator of agency wide software and programs
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for ICG hiring managers
  • Execute new employee onboarding tasks
  • Coordinate employee celebrations and plan office events


  • Experience working as an office manager in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication between internal and external teams
  • Ability to work as a member of a team and to work independently
  • Ability to generate ideas and think creatively
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work under pressure
  • Ability to communicate and write professionally
