As an account manager, Megan Rapp is the go-to for all of her clients, making sure their needs are met by coordinating projects with ICG’s creative teams. Organization is her thing. Adapting quickly to basically any type of advertising situation is, too. She’s a glass-half-full gal, with color-coded file folders and a colorful personality.
Megan graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2017 with a degree in marketing. Before joining ICG, she worked in business development for JB Hunt in Dallas, while balancing a part-time marketing lead position for Bumble’s field division.
Once a side-hustle girl, now a one-agency lady devoted to ICG (mind, body and soul – she’ll sing to it), she is up for just about any challenge. And in her spare hours, she cares for her dachshunds (who have nearly as much personality as she does), explores her city and spends time with her husband, Alex.
