Our partner Rusty likes to say “life’s too short to work with assholes.” So we’ve made it our mission to keep our culture strong. It’s a living thing you know. Rare orchids, quail eggs, all of that.
Volunteering
Giving back is the ICG culture. Our team volunteers as a team several times a year with organizations like the Oklahoma City Zoo, the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, and more.

Annual Giving Day
Every holiday season, we close our office fora full day of service. Along with playing Santa for kids in need, we volunteer and bless strangers with random acts of kindness.
