Rusty’s passion has always lived in the creative world – he went to college to become a sportscaster, but upon graduation, discovered that reporting live from Kearney, Nebraska on local sports wasn’t as glamorous as one might think. He then entered the world of media sales, where he learned the ins and outs of the crazy, jacked up advertising industry and met his future partners in ICG.
Rusty leads on several large client accounts, cultivating new business, providing creative direction and epitomizing ICG culture. In 2010, Rusty was awarded the OKC Biz Top 40 Under 40 award for his business achievements and community involvement. Rusty is married to the amazing Renae Duncan and has three of the coolest kids in the world, Bryce, Jack and Cambri. He lives in Edmond and is an active member of New Covenant United Methodist church. He also serves on the Arts Council of Oklahoma City board and marketing committee. He loves the OKC Thunder, The University of Oklahoma, movies involving Will Ferrel and Mark Wahlberg together, Red Wine, The Black Crowes and doing life with his family.
