About the Role:
As a Media Coordinator, you’ll be an essential part of our media team, supporting the planning, buying, and performance tracking of advertising campaigns across multiple channels – for example, digital, outdoor, TV, radio, etc. You’ll gain experience with media tools, learn how to work with media vendors, and help bring strategic media plans to life.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Media Director on the implementation of broadcast, radio, digital, print, and outdoor media buys
- Collaborate with the Media Director on order entry, makegoods and revisions, and work within flowcharts and buying software for all updates
- Manage the buy reconciliation and billing process, while communication with the finance department
- Manage media trafficking and communication internally and with vendors on creative assets or other needs to execute the media buys
- Lead in the visualization of digital analytics reporting
- Research and brainstorm media ideas based on audience insights
