We’re seeking a sharp, organized, and detail-oriented Social Media Content Manager to ensure our campaigns run smoothly. You’ll be the organizational backbone of our social media efforts. The one who keeps content organized, on schedule, and looking its best. You won’t just upload posts; you’ll make sure every piece of content lands where it should, when it should, and makes us all look like we have it together (because we do, thanks to you).
Responsibilities:
- Calendar Coordination: Manage content calender schedules and deadlines.
- Own the posting process: Ensure posts are published accurately, on time, and in the right format for each platform.
- Quality gatekeeper: Check links, captions, file formats, sizes, and tags before anything goes live.
- Organize Assets: Keep track of content libraries, image/video files, and creative assets so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
- Coordinate with Teams: Work closely with account teams and creatives to gather assets and make sure campaigns launch seamlessly.
- Track Performance: Pull reports and share updates on what’s performing, what’s not, and where we can improve.
- Stay Platform-Savvy: Keep up with best practices for social posting, formats and specs, and tools to optimize efficiency.
- Own Community Management: Monitor comments, messages, and mentions – and engage when necessary.
- Support Other Social Roles: Collaborate on ideas and help with some light content creation when needed.
Requirements:
- Junior-level role, looking for 1-3 years of experience in social media management or operations
- Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Linktree, TikTok, and YouTube Studio
- Top-notch attention to detail
- Stellar organizational skills and strength in working in spreadsheets, calendars, and project management tools
- Strong communication skills
- A knack for solving problems
